The Nose
This wine is distinguished by its vibrant multi-fruit juice character. If tasted blind, you might question whether it’s actually wine. As the nose evolves, the aromas become more pronounced, but it’s clear that the delightful multi-fruit juice scent remains the star of the show.
Aromas include mango, passion fruit, carrot, overripe oranges, croutons, and skyr (yogurt) with lime.

The Palette
The acidity is medium-plus, providing excellent balance by complementing the rather sweet aromas while maintaining a light, fresh profile. The bubble intensity is high upon pouring, but the bubbles dissipate almost entirely within minutes. Although the wine still tastes good, sparkling wine drinkers generally expect bubbles to last longer.

Aromas on the palate feature multi-fruit juice, pear, apple, pineapple, and neutral yogurt.

Overall
This wine will never disappoint an average wine drinker and will likely impress many. It’s rare to find a wine that is both “fresh” and “sweet” simultaneously. However, the rapid loss of bubbles is a drawback and costs the wine a star in this review.
